Excellent work. There were many deep scratches in the floor before the work was done. The scratches are gone. They also lightened up the colour of the floor. The more orangey colour is original in the photos. Great service, pricing, and done reasonably quick without shortcuts. There was no damage to any other surfaces in the space and little to no dust remaining. I would highly recommend.

Pictures just do not do justice to this amazing transformation. These floors are 70 years old and have seen a lot of hardship but Josu brought them back to life and I am sure they will last another 10 years at least. I am absolutely thrilled with the results.

We had a floor refinishing job at our co-op that was on a tight timeline. Claudio was able to find a schedule that worked for everyone and Derek completed the job perfectly in light of a few challenges out of his control. Everyone is happy with how beautiful the floors look and the price was most agreeable. Our co-op will definitely be calling on them again.

Our home is from the 50s with very old wood floors, Luis and his crew did an amazing job bringing them back to life.

I really appreciated that they did sampling directly on our actual floors, so I could see what the finish would look like in my home instead of just from pictures. Even though they were very busy, they still worked with my schedule to make that happen.

Our floors had a lot of large gaps, and I was impressed that instead of using glue, they used the wood dust from sanding to fill them. It was a smart, sustainable approach, and the final result looks beautiful. Making it stays true to the character of the original floor.

We also had carpet covering our stairs, with what felt like thousands of tiny nails underneath, and the original wood had been painted over. I asked Luis if it might be possible to remove the carpet and restore the wood underneath, even though that was not part of the original plan. After assessing it, he and his crew took it on and did an awesome job. They were accommodating, skilled, and great to work with. The pricing was very reasonable, and I’m very happy with the result.

Luis is an exceptional project manager! He is nice, efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and listens to your ideas and concerns. He and his experienced team refinished our very old wood floor built in 1961 beautifully. They provided a good quality of work. We were in correspondences throughout the process to be sure that my husband and I were pleased with the final outcome and we were so happy with it.

We used Carlos and his team to refinish a floor that had some water damage from a roof leak and another floor that was damaged and scratched during a construction project. The time line was tight because the work was happening in 2 different schools that were on their holiday break. Not only did they do a fantastic job so the 2 locations look great, they did them so that the school was able to use them with no impact. I would highly recommend them for any refinishing project.

Our floors look absolutely amazing! We bought a house with old, worn out carpet throughout the upstairs. The floor underneath was almost black. I didn’t think it could be saved. But 1 DAY Hardwood Floor Refinishing and restored them! They look amazing and I couldn’t be happier!

They also rebuilt our staircase. Before the stair treads were all slanting downward. It did not feel safe at all. They rebuilt it and now the stairs feel solid and safe! Great work!

And it was all done in 1 day!

I had dark scraped Oak floors and wanted lighter flooring . Claudio assessed the flooring and said would take a little longer to sand and refinish. He was amazing , took time to remove the dark scraped oak look to give me a beautiful light smooth oak floor in my large open plan living room kitchen and hall area.
