Jason is a one of a kind guy . He addressed all my issues regarding the restorations of my floors . He finished the job ahead of schedule which is so nice because I had requested the job be finished in a somewhat urgent time frame. I would definitely recommend Toronto restoration to anyone looking for a quality business and quality owner who cares about his clients and his work.

Not super happy with my experience. Floor looks ok. But Peter left a lot of construction waste on site and when attempts to contact were made I got no response. Also I paid for removal and reinstall took of quarter round, this was not done and the quarter round that was there was damaged by the sanding.

The appointment and quote process was smooth. But on the day of schedule, waited for Mario to show up for hours and he cancelled. Then rescheduled for another time and didn't show up again. Apparently 1day has no floor refinishing labourers, they just outsource customer calls to companies nearby so they take no responsibility. I recommend people to speak to real local businesses with a labour force before choosing 1day and avoid further confusion.

Honestly I’d steer clear from this company. In the 5-minute phone call I had they were barely able to answer basic questions around process and what type of stain/sealant is used and ultimately hung up on me. Just for this experience alone I’d steer clear.

This people are joke they send guy ls that dont know what they were doing ruined my maple hardwood floors used cheap rental equipment created enormous amount of dust everywhere will not recommend
