1 DAY REFINISHING, the leader in wood floor refinishing business, is expanding in the service areas. We are now looking for a Territory Business Partner in cities of Canada, USA, UK & Australia.

As a Territory Business Partner, you will get all the essentials to start your own business, and will be able to financially benefit from all your hard work and input. We will provide you with a reputable name, professional business image and, what is the most important, we will provide you with incoming calls and requests from customers who are looking for flooring or refinishing services.

In return, Territory Business Partner will be a self-motivated individual responsible for business operations, including, but not limited to Sales, Project Management, HR, etc. If you have in-depth experience in flooring or hardwood floor refinishing and can operate efficiently and independently, we would like to speak to you.

Ultimately, you will ensure we attract and collaborate with the most qualified candidates who will fulfill our hiring needs, meet long-term objectives, and enhance our great company culture.

Requirements:

• Hardwood Floor Refinishing / General Flooring experience
• Understanding of Project Management in Flooring
• Experience in Sales
• Hands-on experience in Flooring / Wood Refinishing
• Familiarity with basic office software (Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, independent, and quick learner
• Reliable Vehicle & Drivers License
